About
Insulating the GTA since 2007
Over 18 years of spray foam work, out of our shop in Markham.
19 winters in
We started this company in 2007. 19 winters later, we're still here — a real shop at 461 Esna Park Drive in Markham, not a call centre. When you phone, you reach someone who's been in a GTA attic in February and knows exactly why you're calling.
Why the boring stuff matters
Insulation is invisible when it's done right. Nobody shows it off at a dinner party. But it's the difference between a kid's bedroom that's warm at six in the morning and one that isn't, and we've never stopped caring about that difference.
It's also why we bother with credentials. We're certified installers with Elastochem, Carlisle and BASF insulation systems, and we spray with Graco equipment. Boring, we know. Boring is the point — nearly every spray foam horror story out there started with an installation mistake, and doing the work by the book is how those stories don't get written.
The honest part
Spray foam is the work we do ourselves — it always has been. When a job calls for blown-in or batt, we bring in partner crews we trust and stay your single point of contact: one written quote, one phone number, one company responsible for the whole thing.
And sometimes the honest answer is that foam isn't right for your house. We'll tell you that too, even when it costs us the job — we'd rather lose the work than spray foam somewhere it doesn't belong.
19 winters in, that's still the whole business plan: show up, do careful work, tell the truth about it.
